For some of us the reality is that we sometimes only need to cook for one, ourself. And when that happens we usually make a simple sandwich or go to the fridge and heat up a leftover piece of pizza or meatloaf or whatever. That's OK, but we should value ourselves enough to sometimes take a little time to make something we would be proud to serve to others, we deserve it!
