I just finished making a decadent ice cream sandwich cake (layered with marshmallow cream, hot fudge, caramel and sprinkled with chopped Hershey milk chocolate bars) and want to go to bed, but I would be remiss in not wishing everyone a Happy Independence Day aka 4th of July!
